Visits to the School of Law are for the applicant's information only and are not taken into consideration in the admissions process.

To schedule a Tour or Information Session, please complete the Campus Visit request form.

School of Law Student Guided Tours

Student-led Tours of the law school are offered during the week from early September to mid-November, and again from mid-January to mid-April. We will work to accommodate those who are not able to attend a regularly scheduled Tour. Please note that there are no Guided Tours during student holidays, exams, or during the summer.

Guided Tours depart at 1 PM from the Office of Admissions, Room 105.

Prospective students are also welcome to observe a first-year class. Please contact the Office of Admission at 803-777-6605 to schedule a class visit.

School of Law Friday Information Sessions

On-Campus Information Sessions offer prospective students the opportunity to learn more about the unique aspects of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Led by a member of the admission staff and, when possible, a current student, the Information Session will include topics such as academics, student life, admission criteria and financial aid.

All Friday Information Sessions are held on our campus at 701 South Main Street, Columbia, SC 29208 and begin at 2:00 pm. A Tour is held before each Information Session and departs from the Office of Admission, Room 105 at 1:00 pm.
