Robin Fretwell Wilson

Robin Fretwell Wilson is an associate professor at the School of Law where she teaches courses in domestic relations, healthcare law, insurance, and biomedical ethics. She has published articles on domestic relations and healthcare law and policy in the Cornell Law Review, the Emory Law Journal, and the North Carolina Law Review. Wilson serves on the Executive Committee of the Family and Juvenile Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools and has acted as a peer reviewer for the Child and Family Law Quarterly, a British publication. Professor Wilson frequently lectures on healthcare, bioethical, and family law matters, including presentations to the Third International Conference on Child and Adolescent Mental Health in Brisbane, Australia, the 11th World Conference of the International Society of Family Law in Oslo, Norway, and Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Inter-Congress of International Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences in Tokyo, Japan. Professor Wilson directs the Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Lecture Series, secured through a recurring gift to the law school, and is the principal investigator of a grant from the Borchard Foundation Center on Law & Aging to fund a pilot program to increase participation by low-income elderly persons in Medicare-assistance programs.
