Coleman Karesh Law Library
Services to the Public
We are a non-circulating library, but members of the public are welcome to use materials in the library during our hours of operation.
The library has 2 scanners, each with multiple output options (send as email, USB, etc.) and all free of charge. The scanner/photocopier located in room 104 is color-enabled and has both a document feeder and flatbed. The new KIC Bookeye Scanner is located on the first floor near the Lexis printing station. It has an intuitive touchscreen interface and a collapsible book cradle and a document feeder. For assistance with either machine, please ask at the circulation desk.
Public Access Computers
Public Internet access for research and academic use is available on the Law Library's first floor. There are no printers attached to these computers, so please bring a disk for downloading Internet content.
There is limited metered parking near the Law Center.
The Reference Department is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M–F. Patrons may contact the reference desk by phone at (803) 777-5902 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
(For reference hours during University holidays, see hours of operation)
