About the Student Bar Association

The Student Bar Association ("SBA") is the student legislative body at the University of South Carolina School of Law and is compromised of an Executive Council (with four members) and a Legislative Council (with eight members from each class for a total of 24 representatives). SBA represents student interests and serves as the liaison between student body, administration, and faculty. It also provides many services for the student body including Orientation, the Peer Mentor Program, social events, intramural sports, and the operation of the school store.
