Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Information Requirements

What does the typical permitting process involving PCN look like?

The standard Joint Application Form can be used for a Pre-Construction Notification. There are some requirements particular to the Nationwide Permit you are applying for. Make sure to include this additional information.

ALL PCNs must be in writing and include your name, address and telephone number; the location of the proposed project; a brief description of your project and its purpose; any direct or indirect environmental consequences; any other nationwide, regional general or individual permit(s) you intend to use or have used to authorize any part of the project or a related activity; and sketches to show your project complies with the Nationwide Permit standards.
