Guardians ad litem Sworn In

On Friday, February 5th, members of the latest class of new guardians ad litem were sworn in by 5th Circuit Family Court Judge Leslie Riddle.
Fifteen law students completed the course and are being assigned cases by Richland County CASA. They are eager to start making a difference in the lives of neglected and abused children. Many of the law students are 1L's but all students manage to balance their academic duties with their enthusiasm to volunteer. These new volunteers join the over 50 other law students who are already serving as guardians ad litem.
