Free Tax Assistance for Low Income and Elderly Clients Available at the Law School

100,000 Pounds of food in just 3 years!!


For the 17th year the volunteer law students at the USC School of Law will provide tax assistance to the low income and elderly community. Tax preparation will be conducted in the Lobby of the Law School on Wednesdays from 6-8 and Saturdays from 9-12 starting on Feb. 9th and ending on March 29th. The volunteers will prepare and file simple SC and Federal returns. No business or self employment returns or complicated forms can be completed at this site. No appointment necessary; first come, first served basis. The USC School of Law Lobby is entered from Greene Street, between Assembly and S. Main. This service is provided as part of the IRS VITA Program and the USC School of Law Pro Bono Program.
