The Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal is an offical publication of the American Bar Association. The Journal is distributed quarterly to law libraries and nearly 32,000 members of the ABA's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. Legal practicioners and academicians from around the nation write articles for the Journal, which is edited by members of the Student Editorial Board located at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
