US Supreme Court Rapanos and Carabell Wetlands Cases

The United States Supreme Court took up two important cases with respect to wetlands and other waters of the United States when it agreed to hear the consolidated Carabell and Rapanos cases in 2006. This website provides links to various aspects of the legal stories associated with the cases, beginning with the application (in the case of Carabell) and enforcement documents (in the case of Rapanos) then ending with the Supreme Court decision in both. Click on the links below to access these documents, which are separated into the original cases.
